Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Movework. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Movework. Movework is currently operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based in India.

1. What Movework is

Movework is an informational tool that helps you assess job eligibility and visa pathways. It is not legal or immigration advice — see our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security or rate limits.
• No uploading of content you have no right to share.

4. Payments

If and when paid access launches, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor and prices are shown at checkout. Except where non-waivable consumer-protection law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Movework software and brand. You retain rights to the content you submit (e.g. your résumé) and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

6. "As is" / no warranties

Movework is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of eligibility results. Automated/AI output may be wrong.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movework and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your non-waivable statutory consumer rights in the EU, UK, and elsewhere).

8. Termination

You may stop using Movework at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to protect the service.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
